I am reading a book called "Terrain Modeling" by osprey publishing. It recommends a product called "rubberized horse hair" for use in making shrubs. I love this book so far and it is the only product that is mentioned that I can't find. I believe this is what the product is called in England, I am not sure if it has a different name here in the states like a lot of product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the Netherlands we call it Rendier mos/ Ijslandmos. You can find it by the Christmas time in every flowershop. At this time at a local hobby shop. It looks like plastic fibers but it is a plant.
Good luck.
