Hi Dmitri

You need to sort your web site out. Your pricing indicated under the figures do not match up when you go to the cart/checkout.

An item in UK Pounds shown at £16.42p is then showing up at $29.80 US Dollars at the checkout/shopping cart. At today's rate that is £20.80p.

Single figures that you indicated at 8 Euros in the sale would be £7.19p but you show them as £5.47 if I choose to display them in Pounds. But as I wish to pay via Paypal the price goes to Dollars which then shows a price of $11.98 which is the equivalent of £8.04p at today's exchange rate, and what I would be charged via Paypal

With respect , a little mixed up and misleading.

I've also checked out the postal cost. You want to charge 15.Euros postage for two little figures. This is the equivalent of £13.49 at todays exchange rate. A bit high don't you think?

I too have had similar problems Alan. I displayed the prices in pounds and thought wow, so quickly added some stuff to my cart, then I reached the checkout and was quickly disappointed, the prices once in dollars ended up being basically the same price if I bought them in the UK (if I count postage in the cost as well)

As to the postage cost, yes I believe its very high. But its not just Soga, all companies these days seem to charge an absolute rip off for postage, and truth be told its stopping me buying much online anymore. A few weeks back I bought a masterclub figure from a guy in the states and he charges me $2.00 postage, then I tried to order a figure from a well known US online retailer of Russian stuff and postage is in the region of $14.00. It doesnt figure.

strangely enough, the price in dollars at checkout was actually less than what it was when I was still checking out the items on the site

They charge a fixed rate for shipping, which actually worked in my favour when I bought several kits.. since it stayed at 15 Euros. But, I agree, it is high if all you want to buy is a figure or two.

They do have excellent prices on Russian made kits, like Zvezda, for example.

Dear Rob ans Alan
There is a small difference in the prices for different currencies on a site. I calculated a difference in the prices for a course of the Russian banks, for the American bank of a proportion there were others. The best variant for any client now is payment in dollars or euro.

Some words about cost of sending of figures: we have the fixed cost of sending of any order on a site. If you have bought 1 or 2 figures we take payment only for sending of these of 1-2 figures (3-5 euros), other money will be returned on a card to the client.

We had big technical problems with payment system. We have been compelled to disconnect a site from payments to eliminate all errors.
Now we have again included payment system and are ready to accept orders on our sale.
I apologise for all misunderstanding with the prices.
