I recently opened up an Academy Bradley 2003 (1/35) kit and discovered that the hull if severly warped. Any idea on how to fix it?

Can you post pics?

Most times you can use evergreen stock to frame up the hull on the inside.

cheers

Depending on the style of the warped part you could use hot water and then braces that hold it straight while it cools down, as you would with resin.

It also depends on how badly it is warped. Often, when the hull halves are joined, you can straighten out the warping once glued.

either hot water (as suggested) ore holding it above a candle (15cm or more) and gently bending it straight. MAKE SURE you are not to close to the candle, or it'd just melt.

take a bucket and add hot (not boiling water) and imerse hull in water, this may take an hour to do ,adding more hot water ass it cools every 20 min or so as the heat has to make its way through the plastic.when its soft enough to bend easly hold the hull against a scrap peice of wood and then imidiatly submerge in cold water. its worked every time for me.
