I have a recently purchased Trump M-1117 Guardian in my build stash, and I vowed to myself that I was not going to start on it until what I figured to be inevitible aftermarket upgrades started rolling in...has anyone heard of any coming down the pipe anytime in the near future?
Also, just a trivia question: in the 1:1 world any ideas what determines if an MP company fields an M-1117 as their patrol mount or gets a HumVee instead?

Also Voyager have a set due "soon" whatever that means.
But the Trump kit builds up very nice OOB.

I agree it looks really good OOB,and it's getting harder and harder to resist the temptation to start building,LOL. I wasn't sure if anything was coming out or not; I just thought I remembered someone saying the OOB tires weren't the correct size and resin replacements might be in the future, as well as the obvious interior upgrade...

Chuck,
A few months back, the RI NG had some M1117's in their motorpool, near Greene State Airport. It is a MP unit. HOWEVER, as I was waiting to see what the bumper makrings were going to be, the vehicles left. Now I wonder if they were just stored there for a brief tiem, or expedited over to Afghanistan or Iraq?

For those who don't want to get the overall photoetch upgrade.. but still want a "little improvement" get the resin continous tie-downs by Arms Corps Models or Djiti's production.
Chris Mrosko of NWM mentioned the resin tires will be available later..
As for an Interior... I'm sure one will be put out in due time....LOL!

The Voyager PE set, and a set of resin wheels from Voyager, have just moved from "coming soon" to "available" on Voyager's website, so expect them in the HK stores Real Soon.
