That Photobucket site seems messed up too. When I tried posting photos last night, I received an error message from the Armorama site about a problem with images and that they're working on it.
I'll try and repost them to this site in a day or two when I get a few spare moments.
Thanks for trying to check it out.

How I made out at BuffCon? Welllll....since you asked, it won first place in its category. However, it was the only entry in the category, so the victory is bittersweet.
I thoroughly enjoyed building the kit. It's older Tamiya (I believe the mold is dated 1993) but not ancient (I have ANCIENT Tamiya British armor kits waiting to be built).
It is all out of the box with the following exceptions:
The antennae were made from stainless steel wire painted Polly Scale NATO Black;
The vision ports were made by taking the kit clear plastic and applying Bare Metal Foil to it. Then, I obtained a holograhic-like plastic sheeting from a "party supply store" that is used to wrap wedding baskets with. I cut and applied two thicknesses of it and stuck it to the bare metal foil with Future floor polish. Depending on the angle, it changes color from gold to red to pink to blue to green...pretty cool looking.
I spent quite a bit of careful time with this kit and really enjoyed building it. Some of the "firsts" I tried were lightening the base coat and fading the center of the panels: Using an artists oil pin wash; custom mixed and blended sand colored pastel chalks.
It's a basic plastic injected molded kit with rubber-band tracks and no photoetch or resin. Just the kind of kit I prefer.
