need to know how to properly spell and placement of the words for a city rail freight station. Would the city name come first or after the rail freight station and how do you spell freight station and telegraph office. I heard that translating through goole can get you some weird spelling so I'm asking . Thanks

You are referring to spelling in English, I assume ? If German , French, etc....our brothers across the pond might be able to help you with that one......Al

If you're talking about France, here's an example of post, telegraph & telephone office that should be OK for a WW2 dio ("Don" is the name of the city) :


Another one (city of Villerest) :


In French, freight station = gare de marchandise , but usually only the name of the city appears on the station building...The name itself is often missing on the freight station building.

Thanks fellas. Will be good to have the right spelling or some on would catch me. The station will have the town name facing the tracks inbound side of the building and the sign for the freight station will be a small sign on the road side.
