Great review. The loads of pictures really show what a detailed kit this is. I sure would not like to attempt to fold those metal parts so thanks for making it clear that there are no plastic substitutes. On the other hand I may look into the kit that doesn't have the wading stuff. Is the detail and quality of that one the same? Hope you keep reviewing the small scale stuff as it sometimes seems that everyone forgets that there are those of us that prefer more compact models.

@col_klink - Thank you very much for your comments. I'm still no expert on the accuracy of many kits but I try to tell things from the builders point of view. It really is a beautifully detailed kit and as I mention, I wish they had provided some alternate plastic parts. I am sorry to take so long to answer your comment.
