LOOKING GOOD !!! I just recently aquired this kit in a trade and hope to build it soon. I like your overall construction and the the setting. Are the sandbags from a kit or did you make them youeself ? Nice Dio , milvehfan

Thanks, Milvehfan. This was my first attempt at sandbags. They're a mix of a kit and miliputty. I used the kit because my wife bought them for me and wanted me to use them.

Looks good the spent artillery shells look like used .22 LR cases. Good job, cheers to you

Thanks. Actually, they're pieces of brass tubing (1/8" if I remember correctly), cut to scale. I closed the ends with milliputty painted with Tamiya gold paint.

I always thought that .17 M2 spent cases would be useful, they have a nice taper to them.
