I've seen this on the sides of the boxes, but have yet to see the set anywhere, and I searched on ebay and found no results. Whats with this set where it can't be found anywhere?

It's an older set, probably out of production. I built one long time ago, wasn't very good with figures at the time though... Quite a good set actually. Your best bet would probably be to check ebay regularly.

for what it is worth, it is sometimes bundled with a miniart building and sold on the Dragon USA online site with the blue tiger II turret banner on screen now.

But, I have the devils own time with those #$!#$ vacu buildings.
So it might not be worth it to you.
