Does anyone know how to contact Accurate Armor so that they will respond? I ordered the K129S Diamond-T 4 Ton Cargo Truck in 1:35 Scale. The kit arrived in about a week. However when I compared the parts supplied to the parts list, there are 18 parts missing, including some major ones. I have e-mailed Derek twice with the list of the missing parts and asking if they could supply them. I have not received any answer. Does anyone have any suggestions? This kit cost about $200 so I hate to just let it go.

Agree with the comment about A+ customer service. I had a lot of help with parts for the Land Rover WIMIK kit. i'm sure that you will get the help you need.

Hi,

A.A. are normally pretty good being a well established company. I can only assume they are either on holiday or some other issue prevents them responding to customer emails.

That said, if their website is still allowing orders to be placed and they are getting despatched, then they have no real excuse for poor aftersales!

Keep trying and I'm sure someone on this site who knows the management or staff working for the company will secure an answer and hopefully a positive result for you.

I received the SAS Land Rover just before Christmas last year that the wife ordered. I checked all the parts & found bubbles cast on critical points on all the parts that needed replacing so I called by phone with the numbered list & in record time I received the replacement parts & the entire sprue,so I have no complaints. It is no criticism but just a suggestion that somebody should consider taking on more staff .Great model, great service but if it was crap I would say so because we owe it to each other on this site.
