Hi,All,
I'm looking for detail info on this M47M & M47E1 conversion, mainly pictures of the rear wheel area where the last road wheel was moved back as the small wheel was removed. I just don't know how this area should look on the lower hull.
Any help with referance and pictures would be great.
Cheers!
Mike

Did anyone ever help you with this? I've got several photos of the blanked over plate and surrounding areas. PM me if you need them.

Mike,
Don't sweat the rear torsion bar mount. IIRC, they moved it 4 inches in real life (that works out to 0.11 inches in 1/35). You won't notice the difference. I believe Nimix might have made an M47E1 conversion for the Spanish vehicles, but I don't remember. Check w/ Mission Models, they might be able to help. Good luck!
Regards,
Georg

I could use those photos of the blanking plate to the M47, and of the rest of the tank if its the M47E1, M47E2 or the M47M.

They're on their way. Hopefully you'll see that when I do a walkaround, I do a walkaround.

They could, but I'm not sure what they could do for the venerable old M47 kit that hasn't been done. Perhaps a resin dust cover for the mantlet, and some better turnbuckles for the fender braces. But then, most of that you can do yourself.
