AFV Club's do not. Bronco sort of does, but not really. On the Bronco ones, the outer track pads are moulded with parts of the track block that comes together with the other side to sandwich the pins between them so they are workable. You can't just shave the T156 pads off and add them to the Bronco T158LL tracks. Only if it were that easy....
Here is a review of the Bronco PanzerHowitzer 2000 tracks which are built the same as the T158LL tracks for the Abrams.

Why do you want separate pads, out of interest?

well I had a idea of maybe making some masters to replace the T158 pads with 156 pads. If mass produced in resin, all somebody would have to do is by the "conversion" set of pads and have the aftermarket set on hand.
Im working on some other options as well...of course, maybe Bronco will be doing some T156 soon (they can work for a couple of different tanks)

Yup, those are the old Armor Scale tracks. Apparently, Armor Scale was connected to Trumpeter in the early days. Unfortunately, they are now OOP. Maybe Trumpeter will reissue them. I hope so. I have plans to do an M1IP eventually too; and could really use them.

Those aren't the old Armor Scale tracks. Well, technically they are, but that's not the box the old Armor Scale tracks came in - it's the new one that the Trumpeter re-issues use. The old Armor Scale box was black and didn't include the Trumpeter logo anywhere.
So I guess that sort of answers your question about whether Trumpeter is going to re-issue them or not, too :-)

Trumpeter's reboxing of the T156 tracks appears to be available from a few European online stores.
