Dear all,
Let me show you my latest job...A soviet Machine Gunner during the conflict of the 80's of the past century in Afghanistan...
The figure is from the Evolution Miniatures Catalogue in 1/35th scale with some minor adding as the head from hornet, the afghanka from ICM (in this case with a lot of rework) and the boots from another Evolution Miniatures set...
I wish to thank Dmtri Baev from Soga Miniatures for his support with the info for this kind of uniforms
Best Regards
Antonio Velázquez

I've been following your work on TimeLines and I loved it. The small conversion bits on each of the figures looks great and you painted them extremely well. Can't wait to see all the figures in a vignette...

great figure, I have this one and the 2 spetsnaz GRU in afghanistan figures, what color did you use for the uniform?
I'm going to try tamiya buff or khaki.

For the uniform try Vallejo Green Ochre with a small amount of white, black or green to make different tones
