Hello everyone.

I have scrpaed the other diorama and have started a new one because I didnt have room for the othe one and while i was at my LHS I was disscusing it with some of the guys and we came up with a better idea. I also found these guys which made the new idea even better.

Here is the new plan.

I am going to try and get it started before I leave town on Sat.

I guess it would help if I put the story of the scene up
The E-100 is trying to get to a different part of the lines and the crew needs to cross the river. They come to this brige and are stoped by a guard who claims that they cvannot cross the bridge as it will not hold the tank. The tank commander insists that he shall step aside and let them pass. The guard calls his Co. over and the are going over the maps of the area to find another way for the tank commander to get to his new position.

Here are a couple of planning thoughts.
The uniforms of the first and last figures are vastly different, for summer and harsh winter. I wouldn't put those two together.
It's very standard in layout, think about ways to make it a bit more visually catchy. What are you going to do with the side of the diorama to 'cover' the elevation?

Hi Martin

Got to go along with Scott on the difference in uniforms for climate thing he commented on. As alternatives you could go for some German Military Police figures to replace the guy in the thick coat. Dragon do two sets.

An old set which comes up from time to time set 6061.

a more readily available (it seems) set 6098

and you have Miniarts set which may be of interest/use
set 35046

That's if you stick with your concept idea. Hope its a help.

Alan
