What kind of LVT tanks did the marines used to transport troopers in the pacific landings, which italeri kit will be suitable?

It would depend upon the battle and the time. Was there a specific battle you were looking at? The Italeri kits of the LVT-2 would be early war with the LVT-A2 and LVT-4 coming later, say Saipan onward.
