hi all,just starting my first russian vehicle its a cheapy i picked up revells SU100 looks ok i didnt expect much for seven pounds but oh the tracks their horrible in four pieces real rubbish,my question is can I use T34 tracks on it.

Yes, the SU-100 used T-34 tracks.

Yes, any later pattern 500mm T-34 track will do. AFV Club make a nice set that isn't too expensive - part number AF 35173.

It's the Zvezda kit, often reissued by Revell/Germany and Italeri. Basically okay, dimensionally, but it does need a set of tracks. I also like the new AFV Club workable tracks, though the old link to link tracks from RPM/Maquette can also work (out of production, now, but they were quite cheap). Some photoetch will also help dress up the engine grills. The kit has some postwar features, but could be done as a Soviet Cold War subject or a 1956 Suez Crisis Egyptian vehicle.
