I've no (order) experience with them personally, but a friend in France ordered from them and said the service was really good. I know this doesn't answer your locale specific question, but I suppose it's better than no answer

I just reveived a couple of figures and a kit from them, sent separatley.. everything about their service is good and quick, except for the packing. They were not packed in a sturdy box.. just the kit boxes wrapped in brown paper. Luckily the kits were not damaged. But I would order from them again anyway.
