Just something I wanted to see if any info was available on, because I know the germans used flamethrowers on the tanks, along with a variant of the sherman, and just figured a T-34 would be neat with a flamethrower.

Justin, I beleive the OT-34 is the flame thrower version, which utilises a flame-thrower instead of the hull machine gun. I think the main armament was retained..but I am not a T 34 expert! Maybe try googling it?

Yeah, it was called the ATO-41 and I believe it fired from the bow MG port. I can't speak about how common they were, not a great many were modified I think.

OT-34...Bow MG replaced with Flamthrower, radio antenna moved to the back of the turret, radio moved to the turret interior. ~1500 of them were made.
short history
DML's T-34/76 m43 w/Commanders coupola (#6564) comes with the parts needed for the OT-34.

There's photos of the OT-34 ( various turret types) in both the Squadron & Osprey T-34 books .Both very easy to find and cheap.(some photo captions are suspect) Also just spotted a picture of T-34 /85 (TO-34 ?) version in the Squadron book.
