I placed an order with Cromwell Models which was paid in full on Nov. 30th 2009 using my credit card.


Two (2) CK110 £115.00 AMERICAN COUGAR MRAP IRAQ
Two (2) CK111 £165.00 BRITISH MASTIFF 2 BAR/SLAT ARMOUR IRAQ , AFGHANISTAN

I would like to know what is happening and why after sending many e-mails I have yet to receive my order or any response what so ever.

It seems that this is the way Cromwell and Gordon Brown operate.

I have been buying online and over the phone before that world wide for over 30 years and never been burned.

I know that my only recourse is to call my credit card company and let them deal with this.

It's truly sad because no one else makes the kits above and I understand that Cromwell's MRAPs are outstanding.

If anyone can offer any comments on another course of action I'd appreciate there advice.

Recently I made an order with Gordon and communication was excellent, then there was no reply to my e mails, but then out of the blue he got back to me re assuring my item was on the way and today it arrived, and the wait was worth it, a very high quality product. Thanks Gordon.
This was my first dealings with cromwell and I cant really complain at all.
