I just bought the Life Color US Uniform set 1 & 2, but I'm a bit puzzled what color to use for which item.
I hoped that on the back it was clearly stated which color needed to be used for a particular uniform.
The colors are:
UA 419 Olive Drab Light Mustard: Would this be useful for the Parachute uniform or the Parsons jacket?
UA 420 Herringbone Twill Dark Shade: I guess the HBT, but why are there so many HBT colors?
UA 421 Olive Drab Herringbone Twill M1943 Tone: Also the M1943 uniform?
UA 422 Wool Olive Drab M1943: M1943 trousers I guess
UA 423 Pink: I haven't got a clue...
UA 424 Chocolate: I haven't got a clue...
UA 425 Olive Drab Yellow Tone: I haven't got a clue...
UA 426 Olive Drab Green Tone: I haven't got a clue...
UA 427 Olive Drab Green Tone: I haven't got a clue...
UA 428 Russet Brown: All leather stuff? Belts, holsters?
UA 429 Olive Drab Red Tone: I haven't got a clue...
UA 430 Herringbone Twill Light Shade: Again, a HBT color...
So many colors, but which one goes for what? What would be best for the M1941 uniform? Paratroopers, Rangers, and so on...
I hoped those sets would make my life easier, another illusion.
