Can anyone tell me if the 509th heavy panzer batt. used any Tiger 1 Mid productions without zimmerit

I have the book ...Tiger 1 on the Eastern Front by Jean Restayn...and it shows color plates of Tiger 1 Mid's without zimmerit & I can't tell in the black and white pic's if they have zimmerit or not...I don't see any patterns....to me it looks like they don't

Can anyone confirm or unconfirm this

The didnt have zimmerit, thay had about half a dozen vehicles that did not have it, mainly the ones with the mid turret on the early chassis. Other pics from the series in T1 on EF can also be found in Tigers in Combat 1 - the ones with the s-grenade launchers and fiefels still fitted
