Here is the Dragon Wagons diorama base nearly complete. I have a few small details to do such as the street light poles, barbed wire and some baracades. Here and there I will put in some other stuff as it begins to focus. Just thought some progress pics would be interesting. Thanks.

WOW......
How on Earth do you work so quickly? If I was doing that, it would take me about 2 months just to put the base together....
It looks great! Can't wait to see it finished!

Man, this is incredible... You work really fast, but I can see that you think about every detail. Love the buildings and especially the large ammount of debris around them.
Keep us updated on the progress, please. I also hope to see an article about it soon. We could all learn a great deal from you, DGeraths..
Good job,
Mario M.

Getting better and better! I love the burned-out effect above the windows and door jam.

Incredible diorama, DJ! Have you sculpted the debris from plaster or you glued each piece to the base of the street? My DW will be having a wooden base only
Good work,
Peter

Wow DG.............................................sorry, I was searching for the words. Truly incredible stuff. Didn't you just post, what, two or three days ago that the rubble was going to take you a while to do? So, that's what you consider a while?:::::::shaking head:::::::::::: Gee.
OK, DG....I have three things to say. Praise, questions, and a request.
First the praise (condensed); It's obvious you're a 'museum' quality modeler, (didn't you say that's what you do for a living, or am I confusing you with someone else?). You are quite gifted, and we are all lucky to have you share thr fruits of those talents with us.
2nd, the questions (again condensed); I won't bore you with specific questions about the diorama (although I'd love to). My main question to you is would you consider being available for 'tutoring' some of us who are interested in expanding our diorama skills? Possibly in the form of a consistant Diorama thread, a weekly chat session, Or?......
3rd, the request (not condensed); In the words of Mr. Roger's, "Would you be my nieghbor?"
:-)
Thanks for the ear...
Tread.
