David Doyle of A-A contacted me via PM and informed me why there is no mention of where the Artillery museum and the German 15cm gun are. Basically he wnated to avoid people travelling for hundreds of miles only to find they are not there anymore:

TODAY, the Air Defense Artillery Museum is at Fort Bliss, Texas. The BRAC commission has mandated that it move to Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and a year ago, when this item was written, it was supposed to move in one year. To date, the funding has not been made available to complete the move.

The 15 cm gun is located in front of the National Guard Armory in Memphis, TN - but was placed there [...] when the unit was Field Artillery unit. This unit recently was repurposed [...] and in many cases with the Tennessee National Guard "monuments" are moved as the units are redesignated.
