Hello comrades

I begin building of Trumps SA-2. I will also use the Big Ed and Voyager sets. I want to make a model which will be very compatible with the original, so I collected a lot of pictures, books and drawings.
I started building the engine, and I added a belts and one wire.

Great start Lucas, that engine looks very nice. Are the belts made from plasticard?

I definitely going to follow this topic. I do have the same model. So hopefully I will see a lot of improvements.
So far, a nice start!

Looking good so far Lucas. Good work on all the wiring.
Has anybody released aftermarket wheels for this yet?

Great looking build so far Lucas! I can't wait to hear it start up and drive off when you're done!
I just picked this kit up not too long and although I won't be throwing quite that much detail into mine, I will definitely keep an eye on this one.
Keep up the good work!

Well Lukasz, I'm glad you're showing some restraint on this build so far!
I have this kit, and another Chinese 157 as well and they are beautiful models with a lot of potential, and you've certainly done justice to this one so far.

Thanks very much for the link Łukasz ... much appreciated. Im not a fan of vinyl wheels or tracks. Watching your build has made me interested in this truck. Tim Sloan made a great version a few years ago as well. You never know ... I could be building this myself in the future!!
