Hi all Ive just about completed the original Tamiya M1 I tryed to copy the side artwork which depicts the tank in a white and green cam scheme It turned pretty good what I would like to know is the origin of the stickers Yukon jack just out of interest realy.

I believe "Yukon Jack" was one of the original M1's sent to Alaska for testing & evaluation in the early 80ies. The name was taken from one of better brands of Canadian Whiskey.

Art is correct in his response....as the M1 wasn't permanently stationed in Alaska
The paint scheme wasn't used anywhere else in the tanks history either!
