AMS finally has "a'holt" of me. I am looking for some photoetch mesh to do the bustle rack on my 1/35 Academy M551 Sheridan. Unfortunately, the only description I can find of any photoetch diamond mesh is "small, medium, or large". Has anyone here done something like this and could you point me in the right direction for the right size?
Thanks,
JR

K&S used to make an series of etched sheets (2 x 6?) with various diamond shaped holes in it. Rumored to be out of production. At RR hobby shops, I've seen etched chain link fence (~U$ 20 for 12"?) and different size screen materials (woven, not photoetch) in 100 and 80 mesh (4x4-6x6 sheet for ~ U$ 10)
Here's a shot of the woven stuff in a 1/35 GPA I'm working on.
