just got the 14 parts German Wochenschau on DVD. Now looking for the war newsreels from Italy and Japan.
Are there any availible?

never say never....
in Italy all war time footage was done by government run agency (of course for propaganda reason). The name is ISTITUTO LUCE and its images are still wused today and, in my opinion, are very well done.
to tell the truth, I don't know if there are publications in languages diffrent from italian, thoug...
anyway, try to google it...
