Hey Guys
Im building a pair of Helo Miniatures figures for my Abrams, and was wondering which Tamiya colours I should use for the Universal Camo Pattern.
Can someone please let me know which paints or even paint combinations are appropriate (Tamiya Acrylics)
I can also get Gunze colours, so if those are more accurate, thats ok as well.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Anirudh,
Tamiya acrylics are not recommendable for brush painting especially for such a fine pattern you are aiming at.
I do not know if you know this little tutorial, could be useful for you.
Another option aside from painting the pattern is to use pre-printed decals.

Thanks for the quick response Marco.
I had seen the tutorial, but since Tamiya colours are the only ones available at the LHS, I thought I could use this range
I guess I'll have to use Vallejo acrylics, unless someone can tell me if the Gunze range can be used.
I knew about the decals, but really wasn't sure they could be made to fit the contours/creases without tearing.
