hello guys,

for my future diorama i am thinking a field workshop scene in a forest or just next to the road
I like to plan them ahead

there will be a panther g late , kubelwagen , engineers and goliath and a workshop building or an opel blitz with verlinden workshop conversion or both

my first question is do you think all of the material can fit in same time zone and place if yes where can it be ardennes or germany ?

I am planning to use ambush scheme on panther and kubelwagen(??? is it done by germans )

Does any one has some reference material of GOLIATH ??

If anyone has an interesting additions and suggestions, they are always welcome.

Thanks,
orkun

With my limited knowledge, I would be guessing but I think Goliath was probably for assault on a fixed position, like a bunker or building. It's probably a weapon engineers or sappers would deploy. Don't think they were common, but available as there were further enhancements like "Springer" same idea different power plant and a driver position. Again I'm guessing but probably more available to Waffen SS then Wehrmacht units. Brandenburg Kommando units probably used them too, they had all sorts of special little stuff.
