cool idea Jamie..
i wish someone'd come out with a kit of one of these things.. that'd be awesome.
maybe if we can get our hands on some drawings..i doubt these are 'classified' in any way...

as the per the norm some-one will build one from scratch ,then it will be released as a kit not long after by one of the big playmakers,As i said to Frenchy ,i dont think plans of this paticular boat would be available ,not 100% on that but safeboats has a patant on the hull.Ive seen pictures of them on the net on public displays, joyrides with school kid, etc but no drawings etc,my drawings are getting there weather there totally acurate or not i wont be sure as im working from the pictures that ive found on the net only .these boats like the old HUMVEE have also been, upgraded with armor packages, IED jammers duke antennas' etc and the wacky part a very different camo scheme

Here is one that is kind-a-sorta similar that could be used as a base or model. It is really pricey though.

1/35 French ETRACO (Engin Tres Rapide d'Action Commando) from Propaganda Company.

It looks much smaller though.

This link has dimensions and other characteristics of the boats. It doesn't look too difficult to scratch.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Hey Jamie,

I am trying to build something similar, I am trying to build the US Navy SOCR Boats.

The Engines for SURC are Twin Yanmar 440 6LY2A-STP engines.
http://www.yanmar.com.au/marine/lya_series/lyaseries.htm
The Water Jets are Hamilton HJ292
http://www.jastramtechnologies.ca/hamiltonjet/hj292.htm
Transmission are ZF Friedrichshafen AG ZF280
http://www.zf.com/corporate/en/company/organization/divisions_business_units/marine_propulsion_systems/matching_tool/matching_tool_large.html

I figured out that they are built by Raytheon Naval & Maritime Integrated Systems. With SAFE Boats International,

Hope this helps...
