Dioramas
Do you love dioramas & vignettes? We sure do.
Any interest in new 1/48 /1/72 dio items?

I'm always looking to expand & am considering branching out from 1/35 to 1/48 & 1/72. Is there any interest in new diorama items? Bases, structures etc. They would be similar to our 1/35 kits (www.dioramasplus.com).

If you'd like to see us enter the small scale market you gotta let me know, OK? Otherwise I'll just assume that the market isn't worth pursuing.

Cheers!

Thanks for dropping by with the question Randy.

1/48 is hands down my favorite scale, I would love to see diorama items in 1/48. I would be particularly interested in WWII European buildings.

I also enjoy 1/72 an would like to see more available there as well. I think that Middle East buildings would be well suited in this scale as they would lend themselves to some impressive yet manageable dioramas both cost wise and size wise.

If I had to choose between the two scales, I would choose 1/48.

Hope this helps.

hi Randy, great question. i have run the gamut in my 30 odd years of model collecting. started out in 1/35 but have collected mostly 1/72 since. but as iam aging moving on to 1/56 and very readily admit that the momentum really seems to be pointing at 1/48

Good idea to start with producing diorama items for 1/72 scale. Small scale is neglected during several last years.

I spoke to you at Nats about the possible 1/72 Middle Eastern stuff. So yup, I'm very interested.

Take care,

1/72 scale items would be nice, and should go with the very good Armor Pro vehicles DML has been releasing of late.
I have both WWII European and OIF kits.

1/48 Stalingrad ruins or factory bits would be great. Any small street scenes are welcomed.

I'm building a "Fliegerhorst" diorama myself at the moment and the things i need for example are small concrete bunkers or pillar boxes(??) to store fueldrums and ammo at airfield locations. Also communication and radar installations. Perhaps some hangar items? Of course in /48 scale

I wouldn't say that. There is plenty, it just takes some effort to find it, but this is a great kit-review site:

Then again, there's always room for more, especially as far as scenery is concerned
