I purchased a figure set from ICM recently for the first time- Barbarossa operation June 22, 1941 4 fig. WWII 1/35 ICM 35391.
http://www.icm.com.ua/catalogue/figures/60-barbarossa-operation-june-22-1941.html
I did not expect much because I did not pay much for it but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Details were almost just good as recent DML offerings. Molding quality was much better than Zvezda figures I got in my stash.
Question: are all ICM figures as crisp in detail as #35391? Any ICM figure sets to avoid?

I've never had any issues with the few figures from them I've built. I think they make some of the best styrene figures, I too would compare them to newer dragin figures. Some newer tamiya kits use some of icms figures.

Thanks Justin for your answer! I went ahead and bought a couple more Soviet sets. Looks like ICM's WWII sets are quite good- so are their modern Russian figures. I found this thread from 2 years ago: https://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/127613&page=1
Too bad I didn't see it before. People seem to hate the US figures from ICM however.. Zvezda Russian Spetsnaz was a near junk compared to ICM set. ICM figs + Ebay = broke modeller

Hi James
I have the ICM Operation Barbarossa set and find it to be really good. The details are as sharp as resin, in my opinion. Even the cigarette on the German officer's hand is finely molded. I also bought the Soviet Tank Crew (1939-1942). This set comes in the same dark grey plastic as the Barbarossa set and details are as good, and almost flash-free.
Another ICM figure set I have is Soviet Motorized Infantry (1979-1988). This set comes in light brown plastic. Details are good, but not as sharp as the above 2. There are some flash on the AK-47 rifles.
