I'm interested in building an Egyptian BM-24-12 from the 1973 Yom Kippur War. Does anyone make a kit to convert the 1:35 Revell BM-13 to a BM-24-12? The thought of having to scratch build the launcher is a little out of my skill set but a conversion would do the trick.

Here's a shot of Israeli BM-24-12 during the 1973 Yom Kippur War. These were originally captured from Egypt during the 1967 Six Day War. I want to model an Egyptian BM-24-12. The truck from the 1/35 BM-13 is correct for the BM-24. I guess I may have to attempt a scratch build of the rocket launchers.
It will be a learning experience for me (I hope...)

The Italeri/ Revell BM-13 kit based on ZIS-151 chassis. But as far I know this type of trucks was not used in Israeli-Arab wars. True base for this rocket launcher for that period was ZIL-157.
I found photo of early BM-24-12 on ZIS-151 chassis but in Soviet use.

Hi to all,
Here you can find photos from egyptian and israeli units:
milinme.wordpress.com
There is a 151 and 157(israeli) mounted version.
My question is that , does anyone have better photos from the 157 mounted versions from any country?

Not the museum one, but maybe this large picture would interest you...
