It's nice to see someone build a Trumpeter LAV III once in a while. I have one and I don't think it's that bad.

For a Trumpeter kit that does look nice, I wasn't sure about it but looking at yours has me thinking twice. Great job Gulumik, looking forward to seeing it painted.

I got one of these Friday for my birthday.
Joe,
It is a very nice kit compared to there first Stryker. Alot of things have been corrected. It by all means not an AFV kit, but pretty damn close. The weapons station has been corrected. The only thing I didnt like is that you can not completly build both plows. There are 4 peices that the kit only gives you 1 set of each and has to be placed on one or the other mine plow. other than that, well worth the money.

Diggin it!
One suggestion though... I've never seen a (real) Rhino stateside, so the addition of the Rhino would come with slat, blast panels, the removal of the windscreen, and depending on the timeframe, EFP skirts.
It's a very clean build, and the scratch built Rhino looks great!

Nice looking Stryker Gulumik.
I might have to invest in one myself, infantry version though.

Could that kit be used as a base kit for the Canadian ELAV?

That's a great looking model, I hope mine is half as good as that when I'm done and I really like the photos of the real one posted here.
