Hello
I try to find a right colour for a Trumpeter's Challenger II enhanced armour but I have problem. When I look on painting guide I should use "Olive green (2)"
H78 from Mr.Hobby. I found this paint in internet but this is "Olive Drab (2)" H078.
Can somebody help me?
Thank You

Use the Tamiya NATO colours, I have yet to hear anyone put them down as inaccurate. If you mean the yellow rather than the green I am unsure, as everyone seems to have differing opinions.

Gunze has two types of paint, an acrylic lacquer and Aqueous (acrylic) type. Anyhow it comes up here as a match for Tamiya XF-62.

Hi
I would consider Tamiya, XF26 deep green as your basecoat as from 2005 the challengers in theatre were repainted in theatre in something similiar to this colour, not olive green.
The colour will appear quite garish to start but once finished and weathered will look fine.
Regards
Nick.
