The trucks are very interesting.
Will these come with a choice of military or civilian details?
cheers,

CUCV is one of those kits i just MUST have!!!

I don't expect it to be cheap, but I don't see anyone ever releasing it in styrene, so not much choice here...

I agree with all comments above. Been waiting for this on my dream list, very surprised to see it come to fruition so soon. Will be buying two once I save enough in the model funds.
MH: I think you've made me a convert when you first showed me their product line. May be making my own majorman purchase by the end of this year

Hello Gabor!
I see your PTS-M is on the early 500mm T-54 tracks. It is very interested for me.
Do you plan to produce it as a individual track set? Or maybe with early T-54 idler wheel?

Great kits!
I was thinking of building the pick-up version with a Dshk in the back as a gun truck in the Lebanese civil war.. which would be sometime between 1975 and 1982. Would it fit in that time frame, or was this model made later than that?
I remember back then there were American pick-ups (I think they were Chevy's) used as gun trucks, but I'm not sure if this particular model would be right for that time frame.

Looks good but I am afraid of bankrupting my wallet.. Great to see some highly demanded product though.
Happy modeling!

Some info about the CUCV trucks :
http://chevyblazerk5.6.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=14 Hisham, I believe the kit should be usable for a civilian 1981/1982 K5 Blazer truck :
and the pick-up variant should be usable for a 1981 C10 truck :

You are quite welcome.
As for the CUCV not being on WarWheels.net, you're quite correct. It isn't armed or armored so it doesn't "belong" there...

However, I do like the vehicle despite that "limitation".
BTW, I would also love to see you release an M37B Utiltiy truck as well. Maybe even an
armored truck like this? Quoted Text

Hisham,
You are thinking of the Dodge pickups the military used from 1976 to I think the mid 80's. Then the chevy's were used. Spo we still will be missing a light wheel vehicle.
