Hi,

Does anyone out there have any techniques they can suggest for building etched clasps and clamps?
I'm currently building Trumpeters Sturer Emil in 1/35 and whilst I have a couple of years experience using etched kits and on the whole find them (reasonably) easy to get aong with, I have just never managed to master the clamps and clasps. For the Sturer I have Abers basic etch set plus Voyager Models kit. No matter which clasps I try to assemble they all end up as disasters and myself with very little hair! I have good tweezers and magnifying glasses but these damn things still defeat me. What am I doing wrong?

Any advice would be appreciated.
