Hi guys, I recently purchased Trumpeter's 1/35 Stryker FSV kit, along with their update/upgrade set. I'm wanting to make a diorama to put it on of a Fallujah street, but my question is, are all Strykers serving in Iraq fitted with slat armour? A review of the Trumpeter Stryker ICV seemed to suggest so but I have found pictures of the vehicle without armour apparently in Iraq. I figured someone must know on here!
Thanks

All combat Strykers are fitted with slat, the only exception currently are a handful of Strykers in A-stan, but even they are fitted with blast panels etc. Any Iraq Stryker though must have slat.

Theres still quite a few things that you will need to add to depict an A-stan stryker, I dont have the full info, but it has been discussed on this forum-so you might want to check through the modern armor forum. One thing I do know, is that they are still fitted with the blast panels on the hull side, as well as (i think) anti mine blast plate fitted to the bottom of the hull.
