I am looking for a photoetch set for Mirage's Vickers 6 Ton and have been looking at T-26 photoetch sets since they appear to have more of the parts I need. The question is Eduard has a set for the T-26/BT 2. Now correct me if I'm wrong these are two completely different tanks. Anyone familar with the tank or the photoetch set #35246 know how one photoetch set could fit both the T-26 and the BT2?

Thanks

THe Eduard T26 set has almost nothing useful for the Mirage Vickers kit. It is designed for the Zvezda/Italeri kit and has fender parts (ends only), which are sized differently than the Mirage kit. It has a horn (not useful for the Vickers), a Soviet shovel head (not useful for Vickers), a mesh intake screen, some fender supports a Soviet saw and axe holder.

If you're building the Vickers, get one of the Aber sets. They're very nice and are available as just the fenders, single and twin turret sets (which include fenders). They also have 7TP single and twin turret sets for the Mirage kits. I've built several and they really improve the Mirage kit. They also have proper tool mounts, etc.

You are correct that the T26 and BT2 are completely different animals. I'm not familiar with the Eduard set for that kit, but if you goto tge Eduard website, the have allof the instruction sheets on line.
