Here's some pics of my recent work. I picked up in cheap kits on Ebay to get me back into the modeling groove. I'm no master modeler by I'm always trying to improve my skills. I think I'm ready to tackle some tougher more accurate projects.

Nice work by the way. The photos would look better if shot against a neutral background. Even a sheet of paper tacked up behind them.

Those look really nice. Who says the Esci/Ertl kit can't be made into a decent model?
I may have to pick a couple up. I have a bunch of T-55s I'd like to do but don't feel like spending all my money on Tamiya kits (as great as they are).

Rob,
The SLA Tiran has the engine deck on backwards. The larger 2 screens should be forward and the smaller grilles should be in the rear. There are a number of issues with the ESCI kits but they still look like T55s.The Tamiya kit is light years ahead though......
Thanks for sharing

Oh man, I did two of these ESCI kits and followed the instructions. Big mistake! should have look at ref photos first. Right now I'm chopping up a Skif T-55AK and putting all the AK parts on the ESCI kit. The Skif came with a nice photo-etch fret that I'm using. I'll be sure to put the engine deck on right this time! Thanks for the tip...

Nice looking T55's! What color did you use for the Lebanese Ti67?

Thanks! You achieved a pretty good match in my opinion. I have a couple of Trumpeter Ti-67's, and was thinking of doing one in Lebanese colors.
