Does anyone make a kit/diecast of the M151 in 1/24 or 1/25 scale?

DEAR GOD, Gino! DO NOT recommend THAT kit! Unfortunately, you're correct that its the ONLY large scale M151, but it is SO severely lacking in suspension components, that its almost unbuildable!

Sorry, I've never seen it in the flesh, so to speak. I just know it is the only large-scale M151.

There is a large scale, 1:18th, M151A2 display model made by Forces of Valor/Ulitmate Soldier.

I've got a larger scale one I got at the military museum. Some made in China one. It is 14" long. What scale would that be?

The actual length of an M151 was 337.1cm. If the model equels about 14 inches, that scales out to roughly 1/9 scale.

Thanks, that is big! Sorta like to find a M-60 machine gun that would fit with it, guess that is not too likely.

I would not say that. Once you determine the scale, most of these display vehicles were made as part of a line of GI Joe style toys. Some of the various manufacturers are Forces of Valor, Ultimate Soldier or 21st Century. They've produced some larger scale vehicles and troops, including machine guns for mainly WW2 and Vietnam with some modern OIF/OEF stuff too.
If you know the scale and who made your Jeep, there is probably a line of plastic action figures, guns etc. that were made to go along with them. Some of the larger scale they made were 1:18, 1:9 and 1:6 (GI Joe/Battle Barbie scale).
