Hello All,
here an older work from 2008. I had much fun with painting this figure and build up the base. The figure comes from Alpine Miniatures (35013 WW2 Russian Officer 1943-45) and was painted with Vallejo Model Colors.

Great figure ... especially the face. Very natural and well blended. Personally I think you could go slightly stronger on the shadow/highlights on the clothes.
I also think the figure would look so much better against the full T34 instead of a little wedge of it. That kind of thing is not my cup of tea! The view at his left hand side (third image) doesn´t make the cut IMO!

I disagree with Frank. I like the wedgie of the tank as it keeps the focus on the figure, not drawing the viewer's attention away to the larger object - as any good wedgie vignette should
