After 5 years of putting it aside, almost ready to prime coat it. I'm definitely not a pro in any sense so took a while to come this far. Just need to scratch-build some antennas. Thanks Henk for the donated Leopard tracks and Thord for info on converting 103B to 103C. Comments welcome!

this is really nice i was looking at their 1/72nd version of this at work today and thinking about getting it.
seeing as you put modelling off for a while and then finaly come back in to do the scratchbuilding this is great
ill keep my eye on this and wait to see the paint on it

Thanks Anthony for the comment! I'm hoping to have the primer coat on it by next weekend. I'll post photos again here. Looking forward to and afraid of that Swedish camouflage at the same time..

It looks very nice indeed.
Just the odd small gap in a couple of places that perhaps wood need some filler.

What parts did you need to convert the sprockets? They look really nice. 
This may just be the nudge I need to build my 103s.
Sure do wish Fruil or somebody would make a set of tracks for the 103B!
Anyway, great job!!! Waiting to see how you tackle the camo.

As to the sprockets, I used a spare M1 Abrams sprocket. Modified the teeth top to fit the Leopard tracks then made a resin copy of it for the other side. Relatively quick process.
The kit comes together nicely- pretty good for an early Trumpeter kit. I'm hoping to find time to work on it this weekend but not sure.. Stay tuned.

OK, the build is finally finished and it's ready to be painted. Maybe during Thanksgiving..
