Does anyone know if a new M4A3E2 Assault Sherman is being released soon? I saw this on another site's forum, but can't find any details.
I would love to do Cobra King, the first tank to enter Bastonge.

Hi Tim,
I haven't heard anything about this. Do you know the manufacturer? I know Tasca and Dragon release Sherman variants all the time. Once you find out who is releasing this kit click on the "News" button on the top right of this page and see if you can find it there. Our News editor does a fantastic job of presenting us with the newest kits. I hope this helps.

Your best bet at this time is the Formations resin conversion. Reasonably priced, first class workmanship, well researched, an easy build well worth the price.
The "Jumbo" as a new plastic release has been a holy grail of Shermaholics for years. Always rumors, but no substantiated facts that I am aware of.

This is your latest from Tasca. The Easy 8. The only Jumbo I could find in 1/35 styrene is the old Tamiya kit.

It's one of the most requested kits, but Tasca and Dragon are working their way through the less glamorous M4 variants first. What will almost certainly happen is that Tasca will announce one, and Dragon will immediately follow suit and try to beat them to market.
The old Tamiya kit has a seriously undersized turret, and lacks the modified transmission housing with the thicker armor, as well as having many 1970's style shortcuts in the overall kit design (closed down, empty periscope mounts, for instance).
