Some people asked me to keep them informed of what i'm building right now.
Well next the bunker Diorama i'm building something completely different.
And with this post i give you all a small preview.

Just some small info at the end.
I don't have all the vehicles for this dio compleet i'm mis a truck but i'm gonna buy the thing this week.
There has to be a mark 4 tank to be assambled and two motor cicles along with a alot of footsoldiers. How many ? I dont now yet but more but more then there were on the " Ridin' High " diorama.
And i have to construct an engineers bridge.....but thats for later.....
So here it is.
My contribution at his time...

greetings
Eric

Eric,
Wow! You really have "no fear" when it comes to scale and number of projects at once.

Great stuff!!

I assume this is a WWI dio as you mention a Mk IV tank?

Cheers,
Jim

I recognize Tamiya's "Guloshcannone" as well as the ESCI German cargo wagon and ambulance wagon, but that tall ambulance has me stumped. Is it scratch or a kit?

My guess is that this is a WWII dio. For those who don't know, the Germans used LOTS of horse-drawn vehicle throughout the war. Almost all artillery was horse-drawn and more than 3/4 of the infantry was supported by wagons. We tend to think of the Germans as being this huge mechanized force, but in reality they depended greatly on horses.

To all ,
The models are indeed Escii. And the gulashcanone is from Tamiya.
As you look closely the tall Ambulance is the Escii cargo wagon. I scratched the top to a level so that the sodiers could stand in the wagon.
A nice note : i build this wagon 10 years ago and never finished it. When i saw an advert a few weeks ago for the other two wagons i realized that this one was still in the cubbort.
So i ordered them and continued the tall wagon. The only thing i had to do was to create the door section and the rack on top of the wagon.
It was, even after 10 years if i never put it aside.....
And for what the scale concerns it a 1:35 scale. In what i think is gonne be a Russian diorama in the summer time.
And it is like SGTREEF said it is gonna be something completely different that the usual AFV and personell diorama's that i can tell you at this time. !!!!!!

Till we meet again , don't know where don't know when....

Eric

Hollowpoint, I think you are right on the mark. Maybe early WWII. Notice Eric's reference to a "Mark IV" tank.

Eric, looks like a pretty intense scene in the works. Can't wait to see it when it's done.
