Anybody use this stuff and how do you use it. i painted it on some dry paint but nothing.

Click on model colors then auxiliary then crackle medium. Under crackle medium there is a link to "arte deco techniques" this is what you want. I tried to get a direct link to the page but couldn't. Hope this helps.
