Hi all,
I was just over at the Tamiya website and saw some interesting "coming soon" items.
http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/item.php?product-id=25112
http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/item.php?product-id=35310
The first one is a jazzed up version of CMKs 35(t). It looks like they added a sprue of Tamiya parts and a figure to upgrade this kit (The CMK kit is, in my opinion, junk to begin with.) I don't know if this was a wise move on Tamiya's part .
The second release I really do like. This is the Stug. III Ausf. G with additional parts and decals to make it a Finnish vehicle. If I recall correctly there are no injection molded kits out there that are solely dedicated Finnish vehicles. I will definitely get this one.
I scoured the news section and didn't find any mention of these releases. Please forgive me if this has already been discussed elsewhere.
Jeff

Yes......but when was the last time you saw any Finnish subjects? That's why I'm excited about this one. I know Tamiya has re-boxed Italeri, ICM, CMK, and others...but the Stug III got my attention.
The decals in this kit alone will be worth their weight in gold.
GOOOOOOOOOOO STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELERS!!!!!!

Why? Echelon has had a great Sturmi sheet out for a while now, with 19 vehicle names:

The crew figure and new mg are tempting, but I'll stick with the original issue and newer Dragon IIIG still in the stash.

Thanks for the Echelon link. I wasn't aware of this set. Do you have any idea what the Echelon sheet costs? Where can I find them in the US? Greatmodels doesn't have them.
I think the added stowage, figure and decals make this a very interesting kit.
HLJ has this kit for about $34.00 US. I'M GETTIN' IT!!!!!

You'd better order them directly from Echelon :
