I know that the kit is out in Japan for some time already released under the Monochrome brand, but will we ever see it under the Trumpeter brand in other countries?... Or should I just order the kit from Japan? Anyone knows?

Got mine from HLJ this summer as offered by Trumpeter, in an odd different-colored blue-green box as shown here.

Hi Pawel,
It was available from Blast Models a few weeks ago, but sold out very quickly! I have one on back order from them, a rare beast it seems...

That's the Monochrome boxing - Trumpeter use that brand for some releases in Japan.

Do you know if they had the Monochrome boxing, or the Trumpeter one? I wonder if Trumpeter plan to release it in their own box at all. Some of other Monochrome kits were never released outside of Japan - although earlier these were resin, not plastic kits. Releasing a plastic kit only in Japanese market seems odd, considering the tooling cost.

Decals are different, unlike the Monochrome boxing you get one JGSDF Iraq version for instance.

They must have re-stocked very recently, checked the site yesterday and it was still out of stock at the time.
I think I'm going to call them to double check and make a trip to their shop this afternoon!

Yes....still hasn't arrived in North America...I would expect the importer (Stevens Intl') to be getting them this week.
