Hi Guys,
I am having trouble with the placment of the figures, they are both posed staring off into the distance but the placement on this diorama board is a bit weak !
I think the commader holding the AKM looks OK its the other guy with the AK-74 strapped to his back - his footing is awkward -
compared to this -
To me they look better together? Any ideas on where they can go would be helpfull. Im tempted even to just keep one figure only?
This is how it is looking now - obviously a little bit more work required
cheers Mark

Both the figures together looks best. The base and setting looks really good, nice job.

Mark, you did an excellent job on the build and the painting as well. The scenery with both figures is really convincing too.
Concerning the "basic" interior as you name it, just remember what Skif did with their own BMP-3
The color of the "tunnel" and the floor is blue grey and not white.
The bow MG guards are generally present. In the Concord book, there is only one picture showing a BMP without them.
Numerous pictures show the steps at the rear down even with the doors closed.
But they don't show the kind of arm which links the step with the door.

PS: the Concord 7507 issue is a must have to build the BMP-3.

I'm a bit late to the party, but thanks for posting the build log. The model turned out really well, and I love the 3-color camo. The figures are also well done.
I'll admit this build made me rethink getting one of these Trumpys for the stash.
