And me with three of the Tamiya ones still in the stash...
Didn't there used to be a silly rumor about what shows up in the background is their next release? I'd be more interested in the Horsa than anyhting else on that page...

Any hope they'll marry it with their Priest to make a Sexton kit?...

That would be logical, although they have to come up with the CDP track and sprocket, which I would purchase separately just to finish my own Sexton.

I not only have a Tamiya 25 pdr in the stash but also the old ESCI Sdkfz 10/4 with 2.0cn FLAK which Dragon have also announced. No matter, I'll still enjoy building them... someday.

I'm in the same boat. I'll build the ESCI 10/4 AND get the DML 10/5. The fate of the Tamiya 25pdr will be determined by the price of the Dragon kit. Worse comes to worse, I'll build the Dragon 25 pdr OOTB and up grade the Tamiya kit.

If the background thing is true, they would have to have the Morris in the works as well as a Type 95 light tank. What I really wish for is the figures they have on the box top.

Talking to Ron V, I found out the background thing was true until about 8 years ago. It was discontinued when competitors caught on. Now the background vehicles on the box top have no relevance to Dragon's future releases.

Great!! I look forward to the Japanese tank and the 25 pounder, been wanting a newer, more detailed model of this gun, lets hope they do include a gun crew like the other gun kits.

I really hope that Dragon will release a Quad to go with the 25pdr, as I don't think that I would want to pair it with the old Tamiya Quad
I really like the Sexton idea guys
I'm really looking forward to that Japanese Type 2 as well

I'm in the same boat. I have a Esci Sdkfz. 10/1 & 10/4 in the stash. And I have the Tamiya Quad & gun finished and ready for paint. I have had these since the 90s and I even bought the Quad and gun separately. I'll probably finish the Quad & gun in a European scheme. I may try to field mod some of the halftracks, maybe as a repair vehicle. I have an old Verlinden Bergpanzer 4 conversion that I might be able to use with it in some fashion.

Except, of course, its such a perfect fit in this case.

Interesting development, great. 2 x 17pdrs (Bronc/AFV) now a new 25pdr, 75mm, 2pdr AT - things are looking up. Now who wil be first with the 6pdr
I see AFV has a new 105mm too along with The Vakentine Mk 1 and the Churchill MK IV.
Wonderful time for the Allies.

Yep, just keeps getting better. I hope for the 6 pdr more than ever now that DMl have done their first British Weapon. A couple of DML six pounders with good crews (Desert, NWE and Airborne ) would be great.
A shiny new 25 pdr in the hand is just as good though and I truly hope they do a Gun Crew for it and not a variation of existing british Figures.
